This should be a UI bug
When AI gift you a city, the "what to do with city" menu pop up
In the view city screen, i can only scroll up, left right down is disabled, i have to exit the city screen and enter again, or to just make a decision to raze or keep
While not exactly a bug, i hate it that the game force you to make a decision regarding the new city immediately and not allow you to see the city placement in relation to everything, cant they just wait till the end of turn?
Also, the problem is worsened when the AI gift you multiple cities, some of which i never seen. i had issues such that i kept city 1, only to find that city 2 is better and i should just razed city 1 instead because the game force me to decide immediately
