I want to propose to add Ukrainian Civ.
Civ ability: "Europe's breadbascket" - Each bordering farm provides +1 production. If districts boreders with farms their production increase in 5%.
Leader: Yaroslav the Wise. Leader bonus - "Pravda Rousjkaya" - Each campus and science building provide +1 culture. Also each Embasador in the city-states give +1 science and +1 culture if city-state is ally of Ukraine. His agenda is "Wise Limp" - Yaroslav the Wise like scientificly and culturally developed civs, he hate any which have city-states as allies more than him.
Unique infrastructure: Sich (replace Military Camp) - boosts speed of cultural expantion, each built unit in Sich earn upgrade "Zaporozhian" which remove penalty for crossing river.
Unique Unit: Zaporozhian Cossak - unique infantry unit from Renaissance Era which get unlocked after "Gunpowder" tech. Don't get any penalties from any type of landscape when they attacks. When embarking could become a full naval unit which gain an attack bonus if they at coastal sea tiles.
