UN question

here's kind of a stupid question.

so i build the UN, and hold a vote, but its 3 to 3 so inconlusive. Can i hold further votes? If so, can I do it at will or do they just happen every now and then? if its possible to hold a vote on purpose, how do it do it? or have my hopes for diplomatic victory disappeared this time around?

i think an option comes around every 10 turns whether or not you decide to vote for UN secretary general

The latest information in the FAQ is 20 turns after a declined vote and 11 turns after an inconclusive vote, but that information was PTW 1.21 and a year and a half old. Does anyone know if that got changed?
