Unable to build new unit on pre-made map

I made a unit, the "canoe", which is a one movement ship for my world map (The irish are screwed if they cant leave ireland until navigation . . .). Problem is, if you load the bic with the unit and the map, and choose to use the map, you will not be able to build the canoe as it wont show up in your build queue thing.

Funny thing is, when it asks you if you want to use the world map, and you hit no and randomize your own, the canoe is completely buildable with no flaws whatsoever.

Very weird, and I require assistance to figure this one out.

NM I got it working.

I guess this is what happens when you install 13 different civ 3 mods, and then expect the last one you installed to actually work
