Unable to mine uranium

As You can see from my save game i cant mine uranium aaaargh nightmare

Can't look at the save at the moment, so I have to ask: Have you researched Physics and Fission?

Yep im well past that, i solved the problem by destroying the mine building a windmill and then destroying that and building a mine again, i had to do this twice for it to work nightmare!! but i managed to win a space race victory anyhoo cheers for the reply
