Unable to Raze cities in C3C Multiplayer

My Friend and I are playing C3C multiplayer. When we capture and enemy city, we automatically take the city with no option to raze it. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow us to raze a city or is that not allowed in multiplayer?

On Multiplayer, you don't have a pop up when capturing a city.
Yet, you can abandon city (like any city). Problem is that it will happen beginning of next turn.
