So, question:
"Coward" - why do I have a feeling it's PERFECT DEFENSE???
If the "runaway" unit does NOT disappear...
The only way to clear the city even from a single Militia remains to NUKE it...
Or am I wrong by assuming something which isn't true for Civ4???
