I've looked around the forums and couldn't find an answer to this question:
I had one city near floodplains/wheat, and was pop-rushing it for units. When the unhappiness there was getting too high, I pop-rushed a settler, and built a city nearby. I then pop-rushed another settler and abandoned the first city.
All of a sudden the neighboring city with a population of two became unhappy because of oppression. However, I hadn't pop-rushed anything there before. Did the unhappiness of the abandoned city somehow get transferred to the neighboring city? Any answers appreciated.
