I am going to report these as I encounter them in game, so they are adequately documented on the bug forum...just in case there's ever a patch for that instead of other things. So...
1. If you select a group of units that includes a worker, then select only the worker and order it to automate, it pulls all of the units with the worker, despite the fact that you are not giving orders to them.
Note: This might possibly be tied to the thinking that you grouped the worker with the units when all you do is left click.
2. If you select a group of units and order them to heal when they no longer have movement points, the game still prompts you to order the unit the following turn anyway. Moving orders, however, are retained in this case. There is a lot of inconsistency here in general.
3. Units will occasionally move at turn start before being able to order them. If you're fast enough, you can click on them, which causes them to jerk a bit but they won't select. They will then forcibly move regardless, even into danger.
4. If you attempt to group automated workers in a city, the game forcibly un-selects them after doing, although it is possible to move them within the 1/2 second the game is trying to un-select them.
5. Control-clicking military units in transports will frequently still select the sea units.
6. Same for air units.
7. Shift-clicking a unit will frequently select a group of units, clicking the unit again un-selects the entire group.
8. The game frequently treats a player as holding alt when he is not. This leads to selecting a group of units by merely left clicking, selecting a group of cities (and possibly whipping every city by accident), or to game-losing declarations on the friendly AI you are merely trying to trade with.
Expect many more to come.
