He is permanently banned, and unless I am much mistaken he has tried multiple times to come back, under different names. As shown here.

Underneath his name, or anyone who has been permanently banned, you will see perm banned. We should watch out for more names he might sneak in with. The mods can tell, by his ip. Address. I have seen him make multiple cracks on certain threads, so if anyone sees another, report it. Now, please, lets just admire the unit, btw, I to replace the default .flc with the fidget animation, (in the ini.) it works fine. Do this with the Conquistador to.

I reported his posts using the "report to mod" button when he was spewing out racial hate messages.

I'm not sure if he's genuinly racist or just a troll. If he is that racist, then as has been previously mentioned, the Poles saved all of Europe from the Ottomans, otherwise history would be very different... it would be like Carthage winning one of the Punic Wars.

There is a good Polish mod available for download, with a great leaderhead image.

My only critisism is that the hussar that comes with it is... well, not as good as the AoK hussar depicted here.

I substituted the hussar in this thread for theirs.

The Hussar is a brilliant unit, and the fix for the default was a welcome download!

People like mortifer just need a good slappin' around.
Knock some sense into them...

i,ve been wondering that myself. there is no thread on cfc for it. nor polly. nor anywhere else for that matter.

Wyrmshadow- didn't like the unit that JimmyH had posted, wasn't enough of a true Polish Hussar for me.

Im very, interested in the Polish mod, ever since i saw it at apolyton. I keep screwing up to download it but. . . well. . . lets just say I didn’t buy a DSL modem, so I could spend all night waiting for a leaderhead and a unit (already have custom Polish Civ). I have only heard praise from the mod, and im itching to download it. But lets face it, your talking an exe. file. My internet logs in at 150Mbps, and it would take 1hour and 30min to download the file, plus I would have to go and back up my Civ files. I dunno, If I could somehow request Piernik (sp?) to make it a zip? Those are great pics btw . I noticed that many (if not all) of them, have a leopard, or cheetah skins on them. Is this part of the artists Symbolism? Or does it have a more detailed reason?
Oh, and all this talk of downloading the Polish mod, made me try again. But don’t hold your breath, I will probably cancel after a half-hour.

Thanks Wyrmshadow I owe you big time. I like Piernik's Hussar better especially the lance. Besides AoK put this unit in as the upgrade to the cavalry scout, or light cavalry. So I can see why Ensemble wouldn’t put the lance in (A big mistake IMO). This unit just makes me want to download the mod more.

Well, Actually JimmyH converted a Hussar unit from Age of Kings, Which is posted in the first thread. Some people said yours was better, and to go download it. And when I did I have to say I agree. The only thing I would suggest about your unit is the sounds. In the Ini. file make it like this;

This way, the people wont have to move the sounds, It automatically looks in the Knight folder. (and it saves space) Note* I changed the attack noise from knight, to horseman, so it doesn’t make a sword noise when he uses the lance. This however is just my preference. You could use the Pikeman’s Attack sound to, or stay with the knights.

Hehe, one more time congrats, Piernik. Give credit where it is due - the AoK unit is also cool - perhaps could be used for some Polish scenario as some sort of scout?
