new unit: Whip Soldier (9th aug, 2023)

Unit is game tested

A soldier wielding a whip

default - run - default - fortify - attack x2 - victory - fortify - attack - death.
RUNS at better speeds ingame!

Recently I got back into playing civ 3, and when I went through my units I noticed one that I started but hadn't finished, apparently. So I did! half the animations were done already and the other half I made this week. Essentially this is a unit about 6/7 years in the making probably.

This unit can be used as a slavemaster of sorts, or just a regular soldier using a whip. I attached some sounds as always.
