Apologies for the uninformative title, but I couldn't think of anything better that would fit in a title.
In my current game, I produced a Heavy Chariot the same turn I researched Stirrups, but I have only one iron. I neither got the Heavy Chariot, nor did I get my production converted into a Knight I could not continue building, while I would assume either of those should be the case.
