Unit Promotions.. CAN I do it using World builder?

I am wanting to start a game, but giving myself a couple units with promotions. I have used World builder before, but never for this.

CAN I use world builder to give unit promotion? IF so How?
I do not recall seeing that on the world builder.

ANY help would be appreciated.

Yeah, in the upper right box the 1st button in the 2nd row (as i remember) allows you to edit your units. You can change their level, xp and on the 2nd tab you can add and rmeove promotions from them.
