There are two pictures of red-army soldier, and hat-helmet so-called 'budenovka'

Yes. It is 3D model from one russian online game 'Territory'
Budeniy - Russian Commandarm, hero of the russian Revolution and civil war, this hat-helmet named by he 'budenovka'.

Sorry but I don't know english at well. What does it mean Kinboat lottery?

There is a thread on this side named "Kinboat's Lottery/Deli Line October 22, 2004" post a request there aswell. Only one post though and one request. This will be a lottery, the unit maker; Kinboat will use a random number picker and choose which one that will get his unit request done.

I don't seem to see it there... regardless, it's only a picture, but that is definitely a Poser character. I don't know if there would be a way to get the budenovka from the internet or not.... if you can find me a model of the budenovka, I will do this unit for you.

What is the format of the file wich I must find for you?

3DS, Obj, LWO are all acceptable file types.

You don't actually have to make the model for me. There may be a budenovka model on the internet, but it will probably be at a Russian website. You speak Russian, I do not. It will be easier for you to find.
