I'm trying to add unique workers for each civ and I understand how to change a unit's look between eras by editing the Pediaicons.txt for example:

-but since you don't add a Worker Modern Times unit in the .biq file with Civ3Edit, how do I change the Units_32 icon for Worker Modern Times?
