Units that move by rail only

Units like armoured trains and heavy howitzers like "Big Bertha" that can/could only be moved by railroad tracks would be nice to be able to add to the game...I think

Has anyone any ideas on how to make a unit moveable by rail only?

I don´t think it is possible with the current editor.
