University of Sankore bonuses bug?

Hi all! I think i've found a bug related to University of Sankore. After building it in my last game, it gave me not only +2 bakers, but +2 hammers too. On city graphics it was shown +2 hammers for my state religion buildings, but + 2 bakers were counted in total calculation fo science too ( as + bakers from buildings, as it should be). From temple and monastery i had 8 hammers bonus in capitol (4 from buildings +25% forge+25% org. rel + burocracy). Is that a bug or new bonus in BtS ?

Yup, if you have the Apostolic Palace or are otherwise a full member for voting purposes (have the same state religion as the Apostolic Palace), all religious buildings in your cities of the same religion as the Palace give you +2 hammers. Neat, eh?
