UP 1.10 and Better AI .80

Could anyone tell me the difference between these two patches? Can I run both of them at the same time? Do I need to? Thanks for any replies.

The UP is simply a patch to fix some bugs that Firaxis let pass. The BBAI is a mod that makes the AI less dumb.

But as jdog is taking care of both projects, most of the times the Better AI includes completely the UP changes.... so , if you have the BBAI, you will not need the UP
