Upgrade Unit bug

it's not a bug, its me; nothing to see here folks. Actually in my defense the ui is slightly confusing on reporting why an upgrade is not allowed. it should only highlight in red the actual conditions not met. Anyway...

I do have the unhappiness bug showing also, but that is already well known.

Hi all,

I have a game state where I have 5 available oil (7 total, 2 used) and the following strange behaviour:
1. I can construct/purchase new tanks
2. I cannot upgrade existing cavalry.
The upgrade icon states that "I lack the necessary funds... 1 oil... ".

Here is a SS and my saved game state.

You will also notice that the screenshot will differ slightly from the saved game load - looks like another bug ><. Before saving & reloading my game my Civ's happiness was +9 (as seen in the SS). The saved game load however changes it to -7! Gaaa.

You only have 219 gold. You need 310 to upgrade.
