Upgrading???

This happens quite frequently, does anybody know why, and has it happened to someone else?

I can't seem to upgrade units far (?) from my mainland. This despite having access to all required recources, etc, and also, the city can build the unit I'd like to upgrade to. (And, yes, I do have barracks)

yes, I dont like that.
it also should show the upgrade button even if you dont have the money.

That must be a bug or something, unless you don't have enough money for the upgrade.

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago, and never could figure it out. The only time it's happened, and I know I did everything as usual.
Anyway, the next new game I played there was no problem, and hasn't been one since.

Must be an irregular bug.

happend to me many times. i had all the resouces and tech. i had plenty of money too. i just could not get that dumb spearman to buy some guns
