Urgently NEED help/advice

I'm creating a new series of scenarios, depicting the wars of Israel, but I ran into problems:
Apparently a number of cities trigger an error in MGE. When I open the city screen or the "construction menu" inside the city screen, an error is triggered, causing Civ2 to close. This only happens after I have started the scenario (not in the saved "source file", from which I have created the scenario) and only in certain cities.

Have anyone encountered this obstacle before? If they have, then PLEASE HELP ME!

donnow waht to say... try to check with Civcity if some structures caused this weirdo... a similar error occurred to me too ( it was in Zhanguo, when i placed an harbour and then closed sea access to the city of Loyang ). I had to restart it all...

Sounds like a tech loop or something similar. Check your rules.txt for any technology loops, i.e. tech a being the preq for tech b and vice versa. Also check for misspelt variables (low/high case sensitive) in your improvements and units list). Strange however, that it doesn't happen with your save game...

I checked it, and there is nothing wrong with the cities in question, besides the error. And when I saved a game (and opened it) from the scenario, and opened the problematic cities, there was nothing wrong. Strange.
