USB Problems

I recently have been have much trouble with my USB headsets. They disconnect easily and they recently just don't work most of the time. I assumed it was the headsets and went to exchange them, an employee took them into the back and said that they work fine. Is the problem my ports or my headset?

Do other USB devices get unplugged from the same port?

It's probably your ports then. Test them on a different PC to make sure.
