I have always enjoyed playing around with games and love custom content. I spent quite a few hours creating custom classes for Never Winter Nights and I would like to "play around" with Civ 4. I have lots of ideas, and a little skill, but the amount of editting required for creating civs leave alot of room for error.
I was wondering if anyone had considered making a graphical interface for creating/editing the .XML files?
First of all, I'm not a coder of any sort, but based one what I read in http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=148507 would it be possible to create some type of user friendly interface to do this?
Something like, "Enter Civ name, Enter xx City names, Enter flag and leader picture name...and so on" and have it generate/edit the XML file.
This could save a lot of us noobs a pile of syntax errors and increase the amount of custom content created.
Thanks in advance, Iatan
