Using Canada Mod with the civ4_KREarth_217x119 Map

Anyone have any idea how I would go about doing that? (Using the Canada Mod on one of the "big earth" Maps such as civ4_KREarth_217x119). I have been fumbling around trying to figure this out, but I seem to be having some considerable difficulties.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
