Using SQLite

I opened My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/caches/Civ5CoreDatabase.db using SQLite DB Browser, but I can only see values for the vanilla (non-GK, BNW) game. Which db do I need to open to find values added by the DLCs and x-packs, and preferably by mods too?

Civ5DebugDatabase.db file contains the modded database, the Civ5CoreDatabase.db file contains the unmodded database

But it doesn't seem to have entries from the DLCs and expansion packs? The Civilizations table only has vanilla civs, not the ones from GnK and BNW
