Using the DirectX 11 option at startup

I just started playing again after taking a break. I'm running Windows 7 and have DirectX 11. However, I no longer have the option to Use the DirectX 10 or 11 option at startup. Only the DirectX 9. The game does not look nearly as good as it use to. I tried uninstalling and re-installing with no luck. Any suggestions?

I just posted another topic on this without bothering to search the forums. I was able to fix the problem by right-clicking on the greyed out words for the option to launch the game in DirectX10/11 mode, then clicking 'Create DirectX 11' shortcut.
