v 1.52: Open borders bug

If you declare war and/or close borders with the Aztec Civ on single player you can not attack him because the game thinks you have open borders so your units go right over his units in cities or otherwise. However, this bug may only be confined to this particular Civ because doing it with another Civ does not yield the same problem. Furthermore, the game runs stabily despite this, producing no error messages. Reinstalling does not appear to resolve the issue.

Thats weird, i did that EXACT same thing last night. I broke the open border agreement with the Aztecs and then beat the crap out of him. I played a custom map with continents but that shouldn't matter what kind of game it was. So I had no problems, maybe it was something else that caused it?

Perhaps the unit you tried to attack was not really there. Might have been because of the map border problems. I seriously doubt that battleship was actually comming out of the woods. (screenshots thread)
