v1.52: Crash when meeting other civs

I havent noticed this problem until this patch, but when trying to play mulitplayer games (havent tried single player yet) My game crashes when i meet another civilization for the first time. only when I meet AI civs though, and not every time, only about 50% of the time.

The crash causes my computer to restart.

If anyone has any information on how to fix this i would appriciate it.

I realized why it only occurs about 50% of the time, its when I find them that it happens, which is odd. if they come across me first I'm fine.
