v1.52 - Quicksave causes CTD

Never ever had this problem pre-patch, but now every time I try and quicksave (shift-f5), I get the little "Are you sure you want to overwrite?" which is annoying enough, but then when I click OK, the game crashes to desktop.

The save always works though... but it's still annoying how the patch actually broke a feature of the game I used to use rather often.

Same here. Never had this problem before 1.52 :hmm:
