v1.52: SMTP bug for PBEM still exists

Please note that, for us poor folks whose ISP requires SMTP authentication, Civ4 still does not connect correctly to the server, sending a bogus password et al. This problem was previously documented on this thread:

Would someone please let us know when this bug will be fixed?
