v1.52 - Text errors (fr - minor)

OK, this can seem to be futile, but I noticed some typos and translation errors on the french version. I edited the relevant .py and .xml files, so this flaws don't show up anymore on my game, but applying patches makes them come back. Anyway, if a patch is on the way, it could be interesting to include the fixes.

I'm not sure however this is the right place to post it, as what I'm reporting is not really a bug. Is there someone to PM or e-mail this, or is it OK to post the (very indigest) list here ?

Here are they. I hope I didn't forget any relevant one, although there are some files I didn't check in detail.
All the messages appearing during the game should be OK. If I realize I forgot some of them, I'll post here.

EDIT : the CIV4GameText_New.xml file isn't translated at all.

It's OK. I find it great to have the game translated, and these are only minor flaws. Thanks for taking this into account !
