Ok, this is the story:
We were playing a 2 player Game which we tried to continue today but when we klick "launch", Civ pops up a window which says
"The save file you have selected is protected to ensure that the assets in your mod folder have not been changed"
and returns to the desktop.
This problems seems to be related to the "no cheating" menue option. although i've read some people can load savegames even though they disallowed cheating, it seems like the majority, when they check the box, just cant continue playing. i find this very frustrating and i hope for a fix soon : /
