As I understand it, the new, more powerful GAs are intended to replace the science-from-happiness mechanic (as a means of promoting positive happiness), not include it.

My understanding was that happiness no longer contributes beakers, except during a GA. But under the tooltip, I was getting 0% from happiness during a GA. If it's the GA itself, and not happiness, that contributes beakers, then the tooltip is misleading, since it refers to science from happiness.

Oh, okay. Yes, I noticed the same thing - I assume it's just a coding "typo" and will be removed in the next version.
