v148.6 Embark Defense

Are all units suppose to have embark defense, or was this removed? A barb ship ran over my warrior and killed it.

It should say "embarkation with defense" if you hover over the embarkation promotion icon on the unit panel. Embarked defense works strangely, however. Sometimes the strength ratio between two units is sufficient to one-hit-kill the defender. I can't control the details because defensive embarkation is just an on/off toggle.
