Did you have combat animations enabled? I noticed the line only checks for the version with combat animations on. I fixed that now, but there might be another bug.

I'm referring to the "PLAY_COMBAT_ANIMATIONS" setting in the Options file. It's probably set to 1 since that's the default now. It should be fixed in the next version.
I have this bug in [v150] with my artillery units.
I can give them "siege" again and again and they all have "volley" instead one turn later - as I just realized...
Combat animations are on, normal map size, king difficulty, marathon speed.
