As per Strategia's original post on these, options 1, 2, and 3 are new quotes for the Biology tech quote in the event that the current one was moved to Evolution Theory, which was the stated preference.

Yeah, that's what makes the most sense to me. The Biology quote is literally from On the Origin of Species, so the logical thing would be to reassign that and replace the Biology quote instead.

Tiebreaker poll first, at least--three quotes all got the most amount of votes.
Maybe a poll later to swap the Biology and Evolution Theory quotes, depending on what wins? I'm open to the possibility.
