I've spotted the following minor bugs. I suspect others have reported them, but with forum search disabled it's hard to be sure:
1. Sometimes I get garbage characters in the game message area, telling me some bizarrely named file (sound?) failed to load.
2. Sometimes some or all leader names disappear from the lower right part of the screen. For example, Monetzuma in my last game was replaced with M at some point. Cyrus disappeared entirely, though I could click on the area to contact him.
