VB2-Mayan Melee

Borrow from who;) My dad's friend is American, lives in Holland, MI. He sends C3C+Bonus CD for me. Shipping will take about week. I think I'm not good enough swimmer to go and borrow it from him. (I know, I should've been more specific:lol: )

UPDATE: He e-mailed to my dad that he has sent C3C+Bonus CD. I get it in week probably [dance]

vbraun, I think we should try and get a start, as we were supposed to start yesterday. We don't have to hunt you down and drag you away from your current Conquests game, do we? :p

I need to figure out how to add the Austrians....

I know how to mod them in

I took some time to mod the Austrians into the game. They replace the Koreans, as the Koreans were the last civ before the C3C civs began. YOU MUST HAVE THESE FILES INSTALLED IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY PLAY THE WITH THE AUSTRIANS!!!

The PediaIcons.txt file goes in the Civilization III/Conquests/Text folder. Back up original files
The conquests.biq file goes in the Civilization III/Conquests folder Back up original files
Download below a few posts below

Thanks SuperBeaver :thanx:

Ill set up the game by tommarow then ill take the first turns.

Note: 1st round people play 20 turns then after that 10.

Do we all just have to do this? Or just the person who starts?

All need it or game will crash.

Link wont work :(

 Sorry, that is the first time I have ever tried to attach a zip file with the upload. I will try to use the attach file feature.

After play testing the mod, I found that if you make contact with the Austrians in the ancient age, as soon as the ancient view of Charles V appears, the game crashes. I have fixed this problem. Remember to backup your files!

Thank you for the heads up! I know that I would have been really p/o'd if my game crashed cause I rarely save IBT turns. And you're sure the same won't happen in the Middle, Industrial, and Modern ages?

Just got grounded :( so if you guys can hold tight till Wed i can take the first set of turns. Otherwise SuperBeaver you can start it up.

I can still post because im using the school computer ;)

I got the game today, so I'm ready for the party to begin. [party]

If it does, then it is very easy for me to fix.

I will consider it. What level aggresion for the AI?

How about Less Aggressive, because most of us are still pretty new to Conquests. If I'd been playing it as often as I wanted to... I'd be grounded too!
