VC toolkit 2003 no longer available - what now?

Hi everyone,

as far as I know, it is necessary to install the Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 in order to work with the Civ SDK.

Now it seems that Toolkit is no longer downloadable at Microsoft's website. Or does anyone know where to get it?

Is it now still possible to work on the CivCoreDLL?

Yeah, the source files was included with the last patch so we can still mod them. Don't know about the Microsoft file though.. search the web and see what you can find.
