Very nteresting Problem

First hi guys İ'm new in this forum.I have very interestig problem.My leader like black people in the begining i have no problem but yesterday I launched game and start new game when ı selected my nation ı'was very suprised because of Roosvelt (and other leader) like black people. Some times leader like this photo but sometimes more black .
I think there are problems of the game texture

maybe this is a very easy way to solve the problem but İ don't know

I can't really see how this is a "problem". There are 3 black leaders in the game (Shaka, Mansa, Zara). Shaka is eventually gonna DOW you so the longer time you can hold up the peace and pump units, the better for you. Mansa is a great techer and if he likes you, good for you! He'll trade you techs and stuff. Zara is - to me - a great REXer and has in, almost all of my games, been a super power. Why wouldn't you wanna have a guy like him at your back?

your drivers are uptodate - so thats not it.
try
- updating vista to service pack 2

it looks like a shader problem to me. the 9300 gs is a really low end graphics card and it doesnt have enough jazz to do the job. is your computer a laptop? if its not, upgrading your card to a better one should fix the problem. maybe an nvidia 8500 or 8600. not too expensive but it'll do a good job with civ.

Yup, looks like a shader problem. Try forcing an older shader model, I think RivaTuner can do that
