Very simple mod question

I would like to do something very simple, yet I'm not sure how to go about doing it:

What I would like to do is to access the part of the RealNameEarth mod (v.2) in which city names are correlated with the tile they're built on, and input accurate city names for tiles left blank in the mod. For example, I'm sure the vast expanses of Siberia could use some work.

However, I downloaded Civ V through Steam, and have been unable to find the mod in my computer's directory. Any guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well I already have the mod installed and enabled, I just would like to go into it and edit the city-naming procedure.

Alright, that worked, thanks a lot! But now, it seems that I need to edit a CIV5MAP File. What program should I use to open this type of file?

Thanks, I just got the SDK downloaded. A related question, though: what program would I use to open up a .modinfo file?

Civ V. A modInfo file is the file that you build in Modbuddy that Civ V uses to run your mod. Use Modbuddy for the xmls and solutions, use Worldbuilder for maps and such, and Nexus is for the graphics.
