Very Strange Bug!

Hi, i was playing a almost perfect game with the illians( almost cause the frozen that I summoned declared war on me!uhauhauha ). After I summoned drika ( the illian dragon) all my units got infinite xp. i was able to purchase all avaliable promotions for every single unit and every building and tech needed just 1 turn...
I havent cheated in any way ( i dont even know if it is possible), and this really made me abandon my great save and start another...

I've just had the same bug, though when I completed the ritual I won a cultural victory, though I wasn't close to that kind of victory.
