Yes it the Rickenbacker Bridge in Systen Shock 2. It is also the shotgun so I'll give you some extra points. Use them wisely.

Yeah, I recognized it after some seconds 
IMO the Hong Kong levels were the best. I was also amazed by the game when it came out; the large levels and complex gameplay made a good impression.
