Yes. I was too lazy to open the game and take a shot and do all that (slow comp) so I just got it off google.

AFAIK Merlin is not in any of the scenarios. Most of which are 3rd party.

Nope. Battle is turn based. The company that made it doesn't really exist, but still sells serial keys.
