It's Just Cause. I couldn't remember the name for a while. All I could think of was Communist Spy Parachute Game.

Kan, is Just Cause any good?

It's enjoyable, but nothing great. There's some glaring glitches, and for the PC it's frankly unforgivable that it doesn't allow any joypad controls, given it's a console port. That said, it is fun to just drive down the very long motorways, explore and blast your way through the missions.

It's a half-decent game, but I would only recommend it as a brief weekend distraction when bored, rather than a game to truly enjoy and get into
