vido card upgrade

I have an intel 8 seris, so it aint gonna work, but i was thinking of upgrading my comp anyway.So what is a good video card for about $100 (maybe 150) for playing civ IV and World of Warcraft.

I just got a Radeon 9550 for 100.

ATI Radeon 9550 128MB DDR 8x AGP

However, there are quite a few people reporting problems with ATI chipsets. You may want to consider an Nvidea.
