Vote for religion

I've had Civ IV a few weeks now, and have started tinkering with the XML recently, but I haven't had time to take a good look at the python side of things yet, so I'm not entirely sure what can/can't be done with it. Today I've been playing with CIV4VoteInfo.xml and wondered if it was possible to add a vote for a single global religion (as opposed to the free religion civic) - i.e. force everyone to convert to Taoism? I guess that this must also make them convert to a religious civic other than free religion as well, but this part looks simple enough. I'm a decent programmer, so I don't mind having a go at things myself, I'd just like to know if this is possible, and if so - where to start looking for things to alter! Cheers!
