Waiting for player 3 (name here) to finish their turn.

This has been going on for far longer than the time limit allows. He can't do anything to his units, and he can't end his turn; nor can we do anything until his turn is over.

The only solution that we've come up with is for him to relog from the game, but after only about 10 turns or so, he gets this bugged up again!

Clearly this is a connectivity problem; but it appears Hamachi doesn't help out that much either.

Is there anybody out there who might know what is causing this issue; so that we could at the very least find a solution to fix it?

Just a thought; is player 3 running a legit version of Civ? If he has an illegal copy or game crack then this might explain some things. In normal, single user games these files often limit players to just 10 turns per game (that's what rang a bell with me, when you said "10 turns or so"). I don't know what happens when such a user attempts a multi-user or PBEM game but my guess is that it would probably end in tears as well.

I'm not saying that this IS the reason for your problems but I think you should check it out, if only to discount the possibility.
