Thanks catfish, I sorted that out now and it works. It was WIN10's editor that made some extra flaws which couldn't be seen in the editor itself. But Notepad shows them, see:
That's why the capital city worked, but the game switched to extra names right after that. This s**t cost me a whole week and caused the txt files written on my WIN10 laptop to crash the game. Now this file didn't for it could escape to the extra cities.
