Does anyone here interested in warhammer tabletopgames if so what army

I used to field an undead horde (with King Nagash in command) and a team of sadistic Dark Elves...

PS
I always loved the Witch elves....

:)

I for 40k field necrons for warhammer fantasy dwarfs are your best friends

ex. whats going to win a pair of thunderers pistols or some elves bows

i havent played in close to 7 years, i still have my dark angels space marines and my WH fantasy 6000 points all khorn chaos army somewhere :yeah:

once i had a 300+ piece ork army, ahhh those were the days :)
i think i had close to every single ork miniature they ever made...

then 3rd edition came out, they simplified the rules so much,so even dumb people could play, plus they raised the prices by at least 150% in the 3 or 4 years that i did play... :shakehead

Used to play more but i still collect and play, although its now rediculously over priced. Fave for 40K are Eldar and Tyranids and for Fantasy Undead. I was annoyed when they killed off the squats :(.

Back in Singapore during the 90s I was introduced to Warhammer by a friend. Loved the idea of being able to literally design and build your own army, but I found the hobby to be too expensive. :ack: I ended up buying only the army books and helping him paint his Chaos and Undead army instead.

They're also increasing their prices again.

And before you still needed a few hundred dollars for a decent game - otherwise stuck with 20 of the same figurines.

I got EPIC sized army which was inexpensive all plastic 5mm scale army
Havent played in years since they no longer support it.

But an ALL armour and Titan armour battles were just awesome.
Nothing better then seeing epic scale of fights 100+ units fighting it out.

They rereleased epic recently, they now how new and old models available. I don't think they changed the rules much if at all and I might collect it again as i always liked having a giant nid' army :D.
